RE:RE:George Tyc purchased 1,200,000 stock options @ $0.75?!What George did is a very bullish thing and we should all be piling in now!!!

He had 1,200,000 options come due at the end of January with an exercise price of $0.75.  Not many people have $900,000 lying around.  He probably borrowed a lot of the money in order to make this transaction happen.  So he turned around and sold 200,000 shares @ roughly $1.30 to probably pay back part of what he had to borrow to buy 1,200,000 shares at $0.75.  BIG FRIGGIN DEAL!!!   The fact he didn't sell the entire 1,200,000 and pocket a 70% gain works in our favour.

Going from memory, i think one of his sales was during the blackout period.  This is only possible if he made his intentions very clear, documented them and it was approved by management a long time ago.

If George hangs on to all he has now he's basically committed an additional $640,000 of his own cash (current value $1.3 Million).

THIS IS HUGE!!!!  BRING ON THE MOU CONVERSIONS!!!
