that is certainly one point of view which is valid and I would not argue against, but I see it a little differently in that the higher the pp was priced, the less dilution that is required to meet the cash target of the pp leaving us all in a better position for the long term.
again valid points..... but did the pp goers overpay???? Most likely .... putting those that help managment in a worse financial position!
If someone comes to Hpq now with 1M dollars I am sure they would get it at a discount . Why should this be any different
