SHARC Energy Systems C.SHRC

Alternate Symbol(s):  INTWF

SHARC International Systems Inc. is engaged in energy recovery from the wastewater the Company send down the drain every day. Its energy's systems recycle thermal energy from wastewater, generating energy and economical systems for heating, cooling & hot water production for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Its products include SHARC Series and PIRANHA Series. The SHARC Series taps the potential of wastewater energy to reduce energy and water consumption, carbon emissions and energy costs at large, industrial scales. The SHARC utilizes the power of wastewater for both heating and cooling for the large capacity requirements of multi-family residential, commercial and energy districts. The PIRANHA Wastewater Heat Recovery & Cooling System is a specialized water-to-water heat pump that recovers energy directly from wastewater and uses this source energy to produce hot water. PIRANHA Series is typically used for potable domestic hot water (DHW) purposes.

RE:RE:Any negatives?

RE:RE:Any negatives?Nice post, I too agree with your statements. Why I see us not moving in the near term:

- The CSE is low exposure low volume
- Takes lots of time to install SHARC unit
- Still not profitable (though should be this year)
- Company is not active with PR's

When this train starts to move, it will not be stopped.

First off the volume has been paltry since our last push and with a low float (approx 50M free trading shares since insiders own approx 50%) the pps can be pushed and pulled quite easily, but these moves are meaningless when the volume is so low imo and as much as buyers are on pause so are sellers. Next push goes to 30's.
I'd say in part the under the radar low volume is to do with being on the CSE but to be honest I'd rather this than the Vulture exchange would have run the pps up and down like a yoyo forcing one to sell over extended exhuberence  and try and time re-entries ..being CSE at this stage I believe we will graduate with a stronger shareholder base, when that day comes which in turn will keep the pps more stable in tighter hands for the real run that has a better chance to stick

We do still have flippers to contend with though but I think once through the 30's & 40's there will be a lot less of them as we go .. Cannacoord is notrious for 2 tick flipping this stock I hate them here and try to block their bids to keep them at bay ..however they have a hell of a lot more money than I do so mostly it is to no avail lol
When it is quiet like this I am bidding the 50 DMA or just above..today I was not bidding quite high enough and now wish I'd slapped the .24's that appeared on the ask briefly.

Only risks I can see are

1) this business moves like molasses in terms of planning, procurement and construction I think the market is in 'wait & show me' mode. Plus as long as there is no real buying pressure there is no hurry to get in .. in fact the pps may leak a little as impatient flipper types whack their way out ...further news could change all that in a second

2) executing the orders in a timely fashion as we are still a relatively small company compared to our order book and the ramping demand ... perhaps a J.V. for some of the manufacturing is in the offing?? pure speculation on my part but that would be a big catalyst to the pps as the market wonders if we can really get all this work done and $ on our books and that would answer
Not saying we need that to scale I don't know...and neither does the market

3) it remains to be seen how margins and earnings will look ...Mr. Mueller stated in that interview we may be cash flow positive by the end of this year .. at that point a whole new breed of buyers arrive .. I don't mind being early ;)

In that interview I posted yesterday I was surprised Mr. Mueller said all 5 of those Scottish SHARC installations will be complete inside 18 months ..

I hear you though, my port is affected LARGE every half penny move so I too will feel much better once this is .50 and beyond but I know no matter how many I get to buy down here I'll wish I'd bought more with all this damn time I had.. it's a gift to be CSE for now with less eyes and once we up list we will be safely closer to $1 or more
It's a perfect  buy & hold set up AIMO

Curious if anyone has anything negative they've found on the management, the company, the projects, etc that could help shine some light on this?

I'm buying more this week btw this week. It's quickly becoming by largest holding in my TFSA.
