Antibe Therapeutics Inc(Pre-Merger) ATBPF

Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

RE:RE:RE: context of the market!!!

RE:RE:RE: context of the market!!!Incoherent move from management and I am not the one who think the same in my investor network following Antibe. Management was saying they would try not to dillute shareholders. They raised $2.7mil VS $1.5 last PP and had struck a $1mil regional deal. If they were looking at a strategic exit and were aligned with shareholders we would not be here today. It was time to cut cost, salaries for this phase II, sell Citagenix which is unprofitable and bleeding cash. Not sure why this move, but I can't trust them anymore and I am out. Liquidated the rest of my position and moving on. They lost one faithful shareholder for the last 2 years and will loose many more imo. GLTA and good luck to Antibe trying to raise money.
