RE:RE:RE:RE:Assemblée générale annuelle et extraordinaire 5 JUILLET 2017

RE:RE:RE:RE:Assemblée générale annuelle et extraordinaire 5 JUILLET 2017Hi ardbegoil,
The deal is clear and the math is simple.

They say that the deal values Petrolia common shares at 38 cents.  1 for 12 of the new company doesn't change the valuation of Petrolia.
Then they clearly state that we will also receive 1 preferred share for every 12 common shares.  The sole purpose of the preferred shares is to distribute 50% of the Anticosti money from the government.  It makes no difference if they gave us 1 preferred for every common or 1 for every 12 common shares.  Your and my piece of the pie stays the same.

The Short term minimum value of the deal is 38 cents a share if Quebec government  gives zero dollars to Petrolia for Anticosti.

We will get an extra penny for every common share that you presently own for every $2 1800 000 petrolia receives from Quebec for Anticosti.  If the deal closes.

Long-term will depend on what the new Amalco does.
