How's that $80 mil financing going?

How's that $80 mil financing going? In the half hour before the halt a large number of shares traded and the price was approaching $1.15. I gotta think it is tough to sell an $80 million finaincing priced at 1.15 when the market price is declining towards 1.15. And if you buy the financing you don't have the shares right away so what can you do with them if you change your mind and want to sell.

So maybe the financing terms need to be tweaked perhaps?
