RE:Ethical considerationsGood question MT. Y'know, even if JT does inform JL about those facts, I have to imagine that he runs up against a stone wall of stubborn, determined, defiance... ready to deny the obvious and throw reason and common sense out the window. With a belief akin to the immortal words of Elwood Blues, JRL seems to have made it his mission to defy logic and charge ahead without regard for the consequnces.
Presumably JT learned this quite some time ago, and realized that a good living was to be made by swallowing one's pride, filing Jorge's lawsuits, racking up the losses, and submitting healthy weekly invoices for services rendered. And he must've invested wisely... I never noticed his name on the list of MSX insiders acquiring shares back in the days when they traded.
