Let's have a response to some very basic " Galt " well  test  & production method .The first thing that one would notice on entering a " Galt ' well location is a head scratcher !! Why in the heck is a newly completed well equipped with a " Pump Jack  " ? Especially, when these wells have produced next to nothing in the way of prod'n withdrawl !

 Now,... Q & A  for the posters ... There's a reason for a Pumping Inatallation  , it's basic. Waiting on on some answers & guesses !!
