Rolling Stock Option Plan

Rolling Stock Option PlanThere have been several concerns expressed in other threads regarding the 10% of shares authorized in the rolling stock option plan coming up for a vote. It is worth a discussion as a stand alone topic.

Ten percent of outstanding shares is a very generous limit.  If the exercise price of options is set well above market on the date of issuance, I would have less objection as to the number of shares. Also, more options and less cash compensation for top management would be justified. My gut tells me to trust the Board members and management to be reasonable in how they proceed, but shareholders need to hold them accountable.
