It can not change the amount of gold that has been found on the property, on which the NI 43-101 was based (historical basis).
But since the property area on which HPQ has claims is now about 3 times the area, and is staked all around the fault (which was not mentioned in the existing 43-101), the NI 43-101would need to be brought up to date.
