RE:RE:acb paid too much: 13 m for 1 m revenue company.Hm...German company posted revenue of 1.15 m in 90 days....so on track to be a 3+million in a calendar year (conservatively) as their year to year sales are up....
Usually the company acquiring another companies share price does decline....AT FIRST.....however acb already had the financing and it was less than 2% of outstanding shares so it shouldn't affect share price...if anything this should have a positive impact on sp....
Still a lot of negative sentiment here.....why???...this is huge...as stated doesn't really add to their dilution of shares, no added financing involved( already factored into the sp.   and the 2.14...could be an added bonus to the aquisition...sp is 2.49 so the 2.14 is an added premium....awesome deal...and for the ones that don't see this....I scratch my head......this is huge.....acb is still a cash cow and rti mou and results are just around the corner.....
this company is a keeper and the added revenue will reflect in their next quarterly....timing couldn't of been better....
