Personally, I'm looking at costs, margins and net income. The revenues were never an issue. 
Are they amassing free cash flow to pay off the massive debt? 

You are correct in that Davey is not going to be forced out unless something really serious happens. Davey is the guy who put this board together. The only way it changes is if large players like WH, AYA and debtholders band together and demand change. I doubt that will happen.

WH would rather the company go belly up. They hold the largest debt so they get first dibbs on any rights to the company. Doubt it'll happen although I've seen crazy things happen before.

Upcoming results should be good. If they are better than good, then costs were reduced. People were let go. This firm has over 1200 employees (last CC) although their PRs say 1000 +. Misleading. The company is too fat. Expenses need to be the target, not growth at this point.
