What no one has brought up at any point in a conference call so far is that the 2016 NR specifically stated that TSO3 had received a PO representing all of the 2016 commitment under the agreement.
The 2017 NR did NOT include the statement that the PO represented the full year commitment (at least then we would know that any subsequent PO news would be incremental to the original commitment.
The bottom line is that facts other than those required to be disclosed by law are going to remain hidden thanks to a piss poor agreement (with regard to information disclosure). Getinge was much more savy and much better lawyers on their side when RR entered into this agreement.
Fed up and frustrated long term shareholder....but I have only been around for 3 or 4 years; had I been around for 12 I would be calling for blood.
