Considering all the LNG deals the Americans are doing, I can't see Petronas rolling up their tent and slinking home to Malaysia. If they go ahead, all those reserves and 'moose pasture' will generate much interest from the carpetbaggers crowding through the LNG door. The pipeliners are not building out their systems because they are dumb.

Petronas has gas, they have customers for the LNG, and they have a site all but wrapped up. If they can make the numbers work, it will get built, as simple as that. Building a greenfield site won't be cheap, but there are advantages as well. I think it gets done, and that will be a massive boost for PONY. If not, PONY will do just fine, as they have been doing all the right things.
