Are you serious jr? Any fool can take a select snapshot of a chart and say "gee that looks good doesn't it."

Look at the chart going back to 2003. What I see are multiple waves of gross negligence and sheer incompetence IMHO. 

Look at the recent trading volume and share price action. Coupled with a pattern of conference call hype followed by what I now refer to as "shady" news releases.

3M agreement debacle. Under the table (relative to investors) Getinge deal that keeps everyone in the dark and gives Getinge extraordinarily preferential treatment over TSO3 (whose product it is). 

The end of the 3rd quarter is around the corner and nothing significant yet.

If I were a major shareholder, I would be looking at becoming an activiist shareholder right now with an eye towards moving some of the executives into sales roles and actually hiring a management team that knows how to manage EFFECTIVELY.

Lets see when RR dumps his next round of shares in the market and how cheap he sells them.
