One thoughtOne possibility for lack of sales is the lack of size of the company.  I for one would be unlikely to deploy software from a 15MM market cap company in my huge billion dollar plant.  This product would sell much better under a GE, Cisco, or Mazak banner ... kind of like the saying .. "nobody ever got fired for hiring IBM..."

That being said trading for a takeout is tough indeed .. I got back in today .. small size.. everybody knew the quarter was going to be bad .. it was .. watch your stops ..
