Hmmm.....that just doesn't make sense.
Normally , a Trade Restriction refers to restrictions on shorting. ie: uptick rule.
Did you physically enter the sell order online ?
Regardless.....your account should be reflecting your post-RS holdings this a.m.
** Make sure you do the math to ensure you have the correct holdings & average cost per share amounts. I've experienced errors in the past !!
