REJECT THIS OFFER, HORRIBLE FOR INVESTORS GOOD FOR MANAGEMEN

REJECT THIS OFFER, HORRIBLE FOR INVESTORS GOOD FOR MANAGEMENConsidering this went public at $7 SVC should hold out and negotiate for more thatn $3.8, should be closer to $5.

In the end management and the board must get the best deal for investors, but it looks like the management (caputo, siim, hamilton, etc) are getting a sweet deal which would come with bonuses and other goodies, and that's why they're trying to keep the price low, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS.

We should know the terms of the deal offered by Vector to SVC mgmt.

They should be out there shopping SVC to everyone, instead they're not even entertaining real competitive bids from the looks of it.

REJECT THIS OFFER.
