Seems like we will find out how much of the 30 million they have already received in the upcoming shareholder meeting on june 13th. I think since, they recived the money in april, technically that did not reflect on first quater financial, where the 15 million private placement financing reflected on the financial. With additional 25-30 million payment received, the stock should appreciate to the proper level. We are also talking about 3-4 year long term commitment with additional money generating oppurtunities upto 65 million previously bid projects and future new projects beyond 65 million.
