I was looking over the fence at BlackPearl PXX...  went from $1 -> $8 -> $1.10 but never floated any shares at $8???  anyhow Thermal Oil (heavy) in Sask... expansion for 6,000bpd phase 2 expected to cost $180M or $30,000 / 1mbpd...  HSE says they can do it for $25k but 10,000bpd projects where HSE went from 20,000 to 120,000bpd (2010-2016)  But we'll see if Northern Blizzard has any plans to unlock Thermal Oil anytime soon.  Considering Nat.Gas numbers (cheap) and HSE presentation has Cost of Driling Gas way, way, way down; I've got to wonder how any drilling company makes money (days to drill, number of wells at HSE; cost to drill, etc...).   But it comes down to Oil prices (above $50) or Hedging production but at least Nat.Gas will be cheap, cheap, cheap...  best guess.
