RE:This Price Makes No Sense ($0.105)

RE:This Price Makes No Sense ($0.105) You should be comparing market caps not share price.

I believe part of the reason the share price dropped so much is because of significant dilution... when I first bought into EAT the number of outstanding shares was below 100M, it is now at 250-300M after all those private placements, options, warrants, etc.  If the company issues more shares that do not provide value to the company then we would expect the share price to drop further (which would keep the market cap about the same).  However, I believe the company is done diluting in the short term (Posner had a radio interview where he talked about shareholder value and such).

Comparing to other companies similar to EAT, I honestly believe EAT should have a market cap of $50M to $100M.

I can understand some shyness noting the recent run up to $0.40 and subsequent rapid decline.  And, I know there is a desire to see some solid retail movement.  But the whole sector is at this process.  And, this is a key issue as the fantasies become hard retail realities.  But, why is it hitting this stock so harshly?

I have an investing rule: if I can't figure it out, it's probably isn't real.  As such, we have a solid investiment that is as speculative as any other in its sector that is plainly oversold. I wish I could time the turn around and I can't imagine we're far from the price floor.  I know enought that I'm going to try to buy more before the price jumps again.
