#1 this stock was set up VERY BADLY..warrants and locked up cheap shares
#2 only 1 phase had been completed and they needed money to expand...thats why they went to market for CASH...which they got..but then they woke up to the fact that they have to expand and BIG...so they buy land...and now will need to cash up again
and the market is getting sick of these plays...
negative sentiment...
and they pused and promoted John Stewart...Mr Purdue...and investors got sucked in at buying at $4.00 and are now 50% under water

does that answer a few questions...
