RE:Financing

RE:Financingi might be wrong but my understanding was that the 500 million included the phase 1 plant, so last summers financing should be counted in that 500 mill. id have to check to make sure though, not 100% confident.

QuietWater wrote: How much money do they realistically need for a mine like this?
- Nemaska camp upgrade (since the mine is already there) - $2 million max
- Crushing plant EP - $25 million, C another $15 million
- CAT haul trucks - $60 - 100 million
- ABB contract (power lines, substation, MCCs, control centre) - $30 million, C $20 million
- Conveyors - EP $10 million, C $5 million (crusher close to ore)
- Road construction - E $30 million C (assume just use local aggregate) $30 million
- Chemical plant - EP $40 million, C $20 million
- Project managment - $25 million
- Legal, overhead, contracts $25 million

Pre-engineered building construction (facilities at Shawinigan) are no longer required, and some apsects of engineering have already started (assuming they are making things modular to just copy current items muliple times)

I seriously do not see this being a $500 million dollar project. Am I missing something here? I think there is closer to $350-400 million left to raise, not $500 million.
