"A final report, subject to the timing of third-party confirmation, is expected by May 31, 2017." You are half right. They didn't say they would release anything, but they said the final report is expected by today. Which is why I expect something late tonight or early tomorrow. They just threw that middle part in because a third party was looking at things, not because the third party would be done by today. I read that as the final report, their release on testing, is expected to be done by today.

They did not state that they would release news today. They stated that they expected to receive the 3rd party results by today. Releasing news and receiving results are not the same.
