RE:Past NR's should have moved the SP---did not happen, in factgood post and a fair question given PLI's trading pattern in the past year. I think any announcment / statement issued by the FDA is more important than PLI statements / announcements and can be a game changer if they give the "thumbs up" to a path forward. I think it will boost the share price as it starts the countdown for commercialization. Just my opinion......
