RE:reasons why cnz keeps fallingWho said they are going to be dealing with an institutional PP to secure the deal? There are several ways to skin that cat. If your "logical" assumption is correct it hardly matters if a PP is the route as the increased value of the company will far exceed the value of the PP shares if they go that route. The original point is that entering a market 10x the size of Canada is a very valuable deal to CNZ and will add immense shareholder value. A 3 day halt would be a nice way to bring in the the deal.
