I can't seem to copy that link you provided. I saw a post over a year ago on reddit where someone was bashing Namaste for this and that. I knew that something isolated had happened and the poster was so angry or bored (no life?) that an enormous thread grew out of it as customers and investors argued that they had very positive experiences and backed up their arguments with facts. Near the end Sean from Namaste logged in to ask him/her some questions and squash the BS.

I emailed Namaste and Kory responded by saying that when you handle thousands of customers a month you will always find the one customer who just cannot be pleased. Turns out a Fedex truck carrying Namaste shipments hit a pole and caught fire.
The customer was sent a new unit and a discount on his/her next purchase. Apologies were made and Kory was involved personally because they care. If something goes wrong and a customer is not happy, Namaste is making phone calls.

Here is a great place to read reviews:

That is the UK website. I chose it because there are 1500+ reviews.
There are good and bad reviews just like there should be. Otherwise it would be fake. Nothing is perfect all the time.
