Misinformation about Ownership
Fipke, Dundee and Front Street don't control 75% of the stock. That is wrong info.
Based on the latest Sedi Report, here's the deal:
Fipke owns about 44% of the stock - excluding unexercised warrants & options - a bit more than 45 million shares.
Dundee owns about 9.2 m shares in total - DundeeResources (3.4 m) and Goodman Investment (5.8 m)
Front Street owns 7.3 m shares & 1.2 m unexercised warrants.
For those people who have followed the co., Dundee's options were cancelled with the pulling out of the $51 million funding for U2 in 2014. In settlement of the $5 million advance, Dundee accepted 2.7 million shares as compensation. Dundee Group is no longer an "Insider" and does not need to file Alternative Monthly Report (AMR).
So, do the math.
BTW, there is less than zero chance Chuck will take this Co. private. Just to let people know, it will take 70% control of public stock for anybody to compel the so-called "squeezing out" of minority shareholders inorder to force a takeover under the ambit of the Canada Business Corporation Act (CBCA).
