The USA was never a member of the Paris accord.
I was not valid, as the US Senate never agreed to it.
In the USA, no treaty is valid unless it is ratified by the US Senate.

The corrupt criminal murders, Obomber & Killery, were trying to go around the Constitution.
They knew that the Senate would never ratify this treaty.
These criminals should be put in prison.
