CBW in Trouble

The Engagment Agreement dated May 23, 2017 among Eight Capital, Canaccord Genuity Corp, and Cannabis Wheaton Income Corp as ammended on May 23, 2017 has been mutually terminated by all parties.

All reflections of interest, allocations and subscriptions with respect to the Cannabis Wheaton Income Corp financing have been cancelled.
