Stop chewing those brownies....most rollbacks are done because the company has no cash and want to raise money.

Checkpage 13 of the report:  Table of compensation... Peter Macy 275,631 (2016)  Daniel Davila 213,848 (2016)  and others paid over 150,000 dollars (2016) --- Why are they getting paid so well when the company has money problems?

BTW - Google rollbacks and you will find when a company has two rollbacks it usually means they are in deep doo doo
