RE:My guess...You could be right...but then again you might not be.  

I lean towards the following :

Our partner is all in but the numbers are not finalized until we get a price-setting potash buy in 2017 from either China or India.  

I suspect we'll see some $$$ from Federal Government soon and if we get the buy mentioned above...we see our first transaction thru our Trading Company.
