My point is why are they breaking ground on this new mega facility without securing full funding first? If shares tank back to $1.40, they will look very silly and foolish for not raising more big bucks ($50M) when times were favourable and it could have been done at $2.50 or $2.80 without warrants. They must have already knew about executing expansion for months because it would take that long for planning, design, and engineering. Yes, they do own WEED shares when they sold Green Verte to Canopy.
