I wasn't sure if you could just buy a unit from the company for the 1.5 cents or if you also had to pay for the warrant at the same time which would cost you another 2.5 cents up front. If the warrant is paid for at some later date, or even ignored completely and left to expire and you end up not paying for it at all, then you're right. you end up with a post con share at .0375.
This is my first time through one of these rights offerings and is a learning experience. If I can profit from it, all the better!
