Regarding your note below, unfortunately at this time I can not comment on the status of the deals that Roy alluded to during the Q1 2017 conference call, other than to say they remain in the “red zone” as stated. For greater clarity, to the best of my knowledge, Roy did not specifically state that a deal was expected to close before the end of May, but rather that he believed they were close.
As soon as practical, we will issue a press release as material information becomes available.
