RE:RE:RE:Bot DealI think Rozelli had it correct.  IF the expansion was "after" they had already reached their commercial or full production numbers, then yes, it would be positive. (i.e. going from 75K to 100 K production, etc..)   But "I" think they needed the money to have a chance to ramp up to commercial production, which means their costs will be higher than what they planned for.  If I am right, their break-even could be further away than we previously thought.
