BRS Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of mineral exploration properties located in Canada and the United States and once acquired, the exploration of those properties. Its principal property is the Cowtrail Property, which is in the exploration stage. The Cowtrail Property consists of 32 minerals claims covering 4,400 hectares located in south central British Columbia, Canada. The mineralization on the Cowtrail Property is associated with altered diorite-monzonite-syenite intrusions, with gold mineralization occurring within the intrusive bodies and porphyry copper mineralization in the adjacent altered host rocks.

To be honest though, starting to wonder if this stock is going to do anything considering Byron advised a news release would deal with some questions I raised. Without knowing how Aleanna Energy will be operating/distributing funds, this stock will not move much (to 0.12-0.14 if we are lucky). Considering getting out for good once SP recovers enough for me to do so (unless we actually see some legitimate answers). jmo but hoping I am wrong...

Seems one question hit a sore spot as the currently available info (that is posted widely on the internet) is 'under review'. Thus, once some of this info is released, I predict (IMO) the sp is going to drop back further before it will finds it's strength later this year.

Either way, I will continue to ride these coming news releases out, as it is a waiting game at this point..

Also, BRS are working to update their marketing info to answer more questions for investors.

ps, Glad to see the great news today, especially as it is more widely distributed this time!!

Will any profits will reach BRS from the work being performed by Aleanna Resources (AR)? BRS owns 100% of Aleanna Energy (AE) which in turn owns 9.74% of AR. However, once AR starts making money, how will AE be using (or as the case may be, distributing) their 9.74% share of AR funds? Will the money be reinvested in AR or AE? Will BRS see any percent of the AE's money & if so, approximately how much/what percent is expected to be passed on to BRS?

What was the reasoning behind BRS going from 15.21% to 9.74% ownership of AleAnna Energy LLC?

I would really like to know the answers if anyone can get a response...
