Strategy Stock price is discouraging and it is hard to see how investment in real estate is tied to potash. However, WRX is no longer just a straight-up mining company but a mini, beginning “Berkshire Hathaway” for Chinese acquisition. It has a flexible corporate structure which is designed to accumulate much broader categories of “resources” than mineral. Personally, I’m not sure I am a fan of the whole idea, wouldn’t have signed on except my stock got folded in, but expect that probably, they will be very successful over a couple of years. From their statement 5/4/2017:
“…will explore new investment and acquisition opportunities in sectors such as mining, energy resources, real estate and infrastructure as well as innovation related businesses. The Company will strive to serve as a “Gateway to Eastern Capital and Global Markets”, and will make the best use of its accomplished projects to date.”
