RE:If no positive PR before ProxyI couldn't agree more Toade! Insiders MUST get the share price up! Roger has been quoted many times talking about how the share price will affect future plans but he has done nothing to prop it up! Seems he is oblivious to dilution! At some point the stock price will move up we hope.  Question is how many hundreds of millions of shares will be issued and how many hundreds of millions more shares will be added by warrants and options?
