I had a chat with Jay yesterday and he asked me to email my request to him ... I did that and I am awaiting his response .. .I will keep all posted ....

But your message above kind of suggests that its no use due to some immunity clauses for TSX ...

If I have understood it correctly then, is there any point in a class action suite?

What do you all think ... ?

No, it won't affect any class action lawsuits against say, the PRE auditors for neglience, the former directors for breach of fiduciary duties, the brokers/dealers for inappropriate investment advice, and other alleged fraudulent acts by management, etc.

As for your question, I was just telling Gordon that TSX has immunity from lawsuits.
