Been a shareholder since it broke above 0.30 on strong volume and been accumulating all the way up.
Indeed, the number of applications that plasma could be used for is tremendous and they are the global leaders in this technology - almost a monopolistic IP portfolio. That being said, the additive manufacturing of metals and alloys should move this stock well above the dollar mark.
Imo, the two best s-t ways to capitalize on the the AM opportuinity: 1) build more machines to accomodate demand and 2) increase the current production capacity per machine.
The path of least resistance (and cost) is #2 (i.e. 531% yield increase on PUREVAP May 16, 2017). Given the amount of R&D that PYRO does, I would venture to speculate that current production can most likely be increased by at least 400% to 1000% above current yields, making each machine 4x to 10x more profitable. This establishes PYRO AM as a highly capital-efficient business model for this segment. Add to that the past statements by management to spin-off this division in a stand alone entity would help crystalize the full value of this profit center.
Also, the fact that investment in R&D is strongly supported by the Canadian government SRED program - the ROI on this opportunity just keeps getting better and better.

very strong post! ..... having said this, if Pyr can scale 4N at pilot plant it adds significant buyout potential to HPQ. At what point do investors flash some cash at HPQ. Especially with there vey low current share price.
