RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Irresponsible? Unethical?You are all overlooking many things. What if a company buys tangelo out at 3 cents per share and agrees to take over tangelos debt owned to TEC. Prob won't happen this way but there are so many ways to structure a deal that in the end we take it up the hoop. I really hope we don't but I'm not optimistic. It doesn’t take this long to finalize a deal. I have been involved in many deals, take outs and splits, this delay and the fact no milestone pmts have been made doesn’t look good for us. Just my opinion but if something good was going to happen it wouldn’t take this long. I have a feeling there have been offers made but tangelo/tec has rejected them due to them not being advantageous to anyone, tec, tangelo and lastly the shareholders. This has been the companies MO and in the end the deal always stinks.
