Americas segment includes Dyno Nobel Americas, which manufactures and sells industrial explosives and related products and services to the mining, quarrying and construction industries in the Americas (Canada, Mexico and Chile) and initiating systems to businesses in Australia, Turkey and South Africa. It also manufactures and sells industrial chemicals.

Thank you Tisgranpa, and I personally am having a fantastic day with US banks for example.
That said, no one likes being attacked personally for comments which albeit negative are truthful about this stock. Thats objective discussion not just pumping like buy all dips... etc...

I believed the Willams debt would not be worth the accretive earnings. Still do. If any of you believe the existing and impending debt has no bearing on the stock analysis, you should rethink.
Some said but where would the growth be? fair point. The merits of that acquisition won't be fully evaluated for years to come. And yes, still holding stock then too.
