RE:Legal recourseUnfortunately, the outside "independent" directors on the BOD have been nothing but rubber stamps. They have totally abrogated their responsibilities.
These are "allegedly" the outside people who are supposed to hold the insider's feet to the fire.
Unfortunately, they have reprised the role of Nero, and fiddled while PTM burned.
Of course, they'll be able to collect even more options at a low price at the end of the year, for a job well done.
