Conavi Medical Corp., formerly Titan Medical Inc., is a Canada-based company. The Novasight Hybrid System is intended for intravascular imaging of coronary arteries and is indicated in patients who are candidates for transluminal interventional procedures. Its Novasight Hybrid System combines both intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) to enable simultaneous and co-registered imaging of coronary arteries. Hybrid IVUS and OCT imaging provides additional information over single modality imaging in complex lesions. The versatility of hybrid imaging is useful for a variety of complex percutaneous coronary intervention (PCIs), including situations where the customer may want to image large ostial lesions with IVUS but also use OCT for diseased distal lesions and/or stent assessment.

RE:RE:RE:TMD potential

At face value it appears everything happening is bearish for the shares. I mean whats next a move to the venture exchange? As far as the warrants go nothing is more bullish than a stock going up as warrants become in the money. At this point for the longs the warrants make more sense than the shares as there is alot less to lose in the warrants. As for TMD its hard to know if there is anything here to own in the first place.
