I think the old saying that the market can stay irrational longer than an investor can stay solvent holds true here. The fact that many investors are pouring money into index ETF's and other "safe" vehicles has made small EP's drop off the radar. Lately it seems the whole Canadian sector is in the same boat. Eventually the tide should turn but it has been painful. GLTA
