RE:RE:RE:Recall date Hoya
BurconNutrifan - I agree that Getinge is clearly in the poll position if and when someone wants to acquire tso3, but I don't believe they have a right of first refulsal or any provisions which would prevent this from being a competitive auction.  Have I missed something on this front? The distribution agreement runs to 2020 and can be extended another 5 years if Getinge hits some multiple of the 2020 minimum but that still wouldn't prvent the company from being sold to someone else.

Clearly Getinge has better visibility into the opportunity than management, and management has better visibilty than they are willing to share with shareholders which is why the stock is trading at $3.00.  (Not to mention Rumble selling stock has capped the stock in the near term)

When the VP4 starts gaining traction it will be taking share from JNJ, Steris, Cantel, 3M ... so you would have to believe those companes would be interested in acquiring the product, not just GTE. The 100% owned economics of this product are staggering and companies like JNJ and 3M know this.  In the meantime, if this company gets a lowball bid, shareholders are free to say no, and i hope that they would if they have figured out the value in the recurring revenue stream.
