MustangSalley, along with your faux Texas drawl, your posts don't make much sense. The company has never disclosed whether it is building sterilizers for just in time delivery or to create an inventory of units. The size of their facility would seem to preclude building an inventory. As to whether Getinge holds an uncommitted inventory, there is no disclosure to support that basis.

As to your comment about the BOD, it seems you may have been confused by StocksFTB's question. The board of any publicly traded company is answerable to its shareholders. No one likes to go to the BOD on a whim, but it is fairly obvious from the discussion on this board that a number of shareholders are becoming increasingly concerned.

Over the past two years, I am aware that there is a fair bit of interest or at least awareness of this stock on both sides of the border. No one can blame lack of awareness for the lack of major buying interest. That would seem to suggest that there is still a great deal of caution in the market that is  implied with regard to the partnership with Getinge and/or the a horizon for a buyout offer.

A fool and his money are soon parted is perhaps the best statement that describes any investor who does not remain at least somewhat skeptical in light of the apparent delays, lack of visibility, and the silence of managemen in terms of legitimate and substantial news, and black out on communication.
