Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Taylor on APH Suspicious Trading Activity

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Taylor on APH Suspicious Trading ActivityI totally agree.  Aphria did the right thing by returning Fabio's call.   Fabio's remark was a bit odd, look at me, I'm busy and I didn't have any time to call Aphria back.  Had he taken the time, he might have gotten the explanation he was looking for.  Instead he makes time to be interviewed and slams the very company he declined to call back.  In all fairness to Aphria, Fabio should have listened to Aphria's explanantion before slamming them in public.  Sounded like he might have had more of a beef with Delavaco Group then Aphria.  This coming from a guy who stated he participated in the original placement with Aphria, but then got out before the second runup in April.  Now he finds himself on the sidelines.

Like I said in my last post.  Fabio's news is moot.  Aphria liquidated their 2.5 million shares in Canabo Medical more than a month ago and the market has already factored it in.
