RE:PRIX D'ENTREEune maniere plus exacte mais quand meme simplifiee devaluer ca serait de dire que la premiere offre etait de 1,15 pour 1,5 action, donc de 0,76$ par action. la nouvelle offre est donc denviron 0,30$ de plus par action, malgre le fait quelle donne limpression detre moins avantageuse que la premiere. on pourrait logiquement en deduire une baisse beaucoup moins importante. je simplifie beaucoup mais cest mon feeling general. je peux etre completement dans le champ lol.
